Types of Blueberries
Since we live in the northern part of the United States, we grow and sell northern
highbush variety only. There are over one hundred different northern highbush varieties
and we have decided to propagate 21 of them. These 21 have been selected because
they represent a broad range of grower preferences, from the home gardener all the
way to the commercial propagator. Select

and information on the 21 chosen variety by order of ripening.
Hardiness zones are
general indications of areas in which plants are hardy. Plants may grow well in
warmer zones, but will not produce a suitable quantity of fruit, and the same is
possible for colder zones. "Micro" zones may exist within a zone relative to elevation,
northern and southern exposure, air, drainage, etc; therefore, use the hardiness
zone indicators as a general indicator. Rely more upon knowledge of blueberries
that are growing in your area and horticultural recommendations. Select
"Hardiness
Zones" for a map showing U.S. Hardiness Zones that correspond to our selected varieties.
